Eve's Addiction's collection of Black Hills Gold Rings is full of perfect family birthstone rings, inspired by the grape vines that grow in the hills of South Dakota. Mother's rings and grandmother's rings are a trend that never goes out of style. Fill a mother's ring with the birthstone of her children, or get one for grandma so all her grandchildren can stay wrapped around her finger. Our Black Hills Gold rings also make great pieces of couple's jewelry, or even promise rings.
There's a legend that says a French goldsmith named Henri LeBeau became lost while traveling through the Black Hills of South Dakota. He fell asleep believing he was dying of thirst and starvation. During a dream, he saw a mountain stream with grapevines growing on its banks. Upon awakening, he walked over a rise and found the stream and grapevines just as he had in his dream and, out of gratitude, dedicated his life and talents to creating jewelry in the shapes of grape clusters and leaves fashioned in rose, green and yellow gold.
