I LOVE this ring, and the service was EXCELLENT!! When I first received the ring, unfortunately had stone fall out within 2 days, i contacted Customer Service, they sent me a label to send the ring back for repairs for FREE, within a couple days it was sent back to me for FREE again, and received the ring soon after - and the stones are holding strong! I love this ring and the service is absolutely amazing!!
