I have had the ring for about 5 months and none of the stones have fallen out or are loose that I can see. I love the ring and I wear it all the time. The only negative that I can see is that it isn't the most comfortable to wear because it is thick and it can get caught on clothing, but it was definitely worth the price.

very nice ring...you have to play with it a little to get it to lay right on your finger...but all-in-all, it's a great deal for the price. True to size also.
