I was completely stoked to get this as a gift! My husband knew I had a Claddagh ring back in HS which I cherished. As I grew up, went to college and moved around & life happened, that ring got lost and my Irish heart was never the same. I'd many opportunities to replace it but timing never seemed right... until now & Eve's Addiction. THIS gold is the perfect shade & shine of gold to look solid. She is a delicate ring but definitely not small enough you cant tell exactly what it is, for sure! She holds her own next to 6+ carat engagement rings, unafraid! I didnt just get it b/c of my Celtic roots but b/c I love the lore & story, as well as design of the ring as a whole. I think, no-- I know anyone can pull this ring off. If not looking for gold style, remember that Eve's Addiction has at least 3 other Claddagh rings for sale at unbeatable prices. I keep them in my Wish List too and in time, might well get some "siblings" for this one of which Im reviewing. Ive been wearing it constantly since the day I got it, and it's not lost its luster.
