I'm very happy with this necklace. The key is the perfect size for me. It's not overdone with too many cz diamond stones. I ordered the 16" chain length to have the necklace hang/lay above the neckline of my v-neck shirt. I'm satisfied with the quality of the chain.

Very beautiful pendant, exactly how it was portrayed online, if not better. The price could not be beat, especially with silver's rise in value lately. I loved that there was a real person who guided me to the product by phone, and that was a big help. Real service from real people. One area of improvement is that there might be an option to upgrade the chain or leave it out. The chain supplied with the pendant was super thin and had only a spring-ring clasp. Upgrade to a deluxe chain for $5 more? or something like that... But all in all, this is a great site and I will be back for more. Thanks to all your team for a job well done. Qucik shipping, lots of email status for the order. A real CLASS operation.
