I bought the Large Two Letter Monogram and I'm very happy with this purchase. It has excellent quality and looks incredibly great! I loved it when I saw it in person and I have received lots of compliments from my friends. The only thing is that it came with an 18 inches chain (instead of the 16), and I didn't get the pouch either. I called Cost. Services. A very nice person answered inmediately and he sent me a prepaid label to send my monogram back to fix the 18 inches problem, but it was going to to take about 2 weeks, so I decided to find another way. I wanted to wear it sooo badly. And it was better because my neck really needed was a 14 inches chain and now my monogram looks PERFECT!!!!
