I looked at many dog tags and took a chance on buying this one. The quality of the tag was outstanding and the engraving was perfect. I didn't realize that the length of the chain was too short but found their customer service was EXCELLENT. THey were very quick to respond and got me what I wanted immediately. I had gotten two dog takes with engraved messages and ordered them two weeks before Christmas. I made a mistake on the address and didn't realize it until my order was in town and left back to the company. I emailed them about what happened and they replied very quickly. They upgraded my shipping and received them two days later right in time for Christmas. As for the jewelry, they were perfect and my boyfriend loved them:) The also look really good on! 24 in. necklace works great on both him and myself. Eves Addiction is awesome!
