I have very sensitive ears and these do not hurt at all. I keep them in all of the time, with the 3mm above them as I have three piercings in both ears. The bottom piercing is free for whatever I feel like wearing that day. I will have to order some dangles from hear, because almost all earings itch my ears, but platinum. So, I am very pleased to have found Eve's Addiction. I also bought a bracelet and had it engraved and it turned out beautifully for my son's fiance. Thanks Eve's Addiction.
