Not quite what I expected, but I still love it! -

I bought this bracelet as a Christmas gift for a friend who has been going through a very rough time over the last few years. So when I opened the bracelet, I immediately noticed that it was more of a dusty rose color versus the bright pink that had appeared on my computer screen. With that said, I still thought that it was absolutely beautiful, and much more fitting and suitable for a woman of any age.
Unfortunately, upon reading the inscription on the back, I immediately noticed a spelling error. With our "Secret Santa" Christmas/New Years party weekend only 6 days away, I immediately emailed the company. I explained the situation, and explained that I needed the bracelet in 6 days for an event I was attending. They were great about the situation. They sent me a return slip and a paid return postage, and even rush mailed me a new bracelet that arrived the day that I left for my event.
Having the bracelet for the event meant so much to me, and even more to my close friend whom I gave it to. She actually began crying as she read it, which made me all the more happy that everything was spelled correctly.
Thank you Eve's Addiction for making a beautiful product, and for all the extra efforts you put in to make sure that the bracelet was nothing but perfect for my friend. I can't thank you enough. This was not my first purchase from you, and it will certainly not be my last!
