Engraving Requirements
Below is a check list of requirements to enable engraving features on our site.
If you are using an iPhone, our engraving features will not work since Flash is not supported.
To purchase engraved jewelry, please call 1-800-679-3837.
If you see a  next to any of the above, follow these steps:
Javascript
Internet Explorer
1. On the Tools dropdown menu, click Internet Options, and then click the Security tab.
2. Click on the earth "Internet" icon, and then the Custom Level button.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the Settings list, and locate the section named Scripting.
4. Under the subsection Active Scripting, click Enable. Click OK.
5. Answer Yes to the confirm box that pops up. Click OK.
6. Click the 'Back' button at the top of your browser window, and then click 'Refresh'.
Netscape Navigator
1. Select 'Edit' from the top menu
2. Choose 'Preferences'
3. Choose 'Advanced'
4. Choose 'Scripts & Plugins'
5. Select the 'Enable JavaScript' checkbox and click OK
Mozilla Firefox
1. Select 'Tools' from the top menu
2. Choose 'Options'
3. Choose 'Content' from the top navigation
4. Select the checkbox next to 'Enable JavaScript' and click OK
Apple Safari
1. Select 'Safari' from the top menu
2. Choose 'Preferences'
3. Choose 'Security'
4. Select the checkbox next to 'Enable JavaScript'
