I ordered this item with my little boys initals on each side and my intial in the middle and it came out great! I ordered the large and its the perfect size, not too big or too small, just right. I did wait more than 10 days but it is custom made so i understand and it was not like it took super long, just not the 7 to 10 days it says. but its worth the wait, i only think i may have to change the chain size (thickness) later on because it is very thin and seems to be easy to break, it really needs a chain that is thicker just a little bit, i guess its because of the size of the plate itself that the chain looks so flimsy. However, all in all its a beautiful item and a great price. i have gotten many compliments on it. And I recomend it highly! its a great mothers day gift, my mom already wants one!
