I love my pendant! The previous one I ordered was created by a new vendor and it was horrible! Julie, customer service manager, truly went WAY above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied to the point of emailing me when the shipment from their regular vendor came in (and it took some time, but she didn't forget me! I am still totally blown away by her efforts! This is an awesome company with beautiful products and top-notch customer service! I'm so grateful to have come across this site!!

I was very skeptical about getting this necklace due to the 1 previous review but I'm glad I went for it. Not only is it an extremely gorgeous piece in person but the shipping was SO FAST! I ordered it on a Thurs. & received my package Sat. morning with the cheapest shipping avail too! I will def order again, the quality of this piece is just beautiful. Def worth more then what its priced at. GET IT!!!

I bought this for myself and love it! I first got it plain, no engraving on it and it looked great! I finally decided I should buy one with a personalized engraving on it - now I have two of them and love them both!
