The heart shape of the top features a vintage filigree design and millgrain detailing. There is another heart at the end of the key which is gold plated and set with 3 champagne cubic zirconias. Each of the other white czs on this key necklace are bezel set with millgrain detail on the setting. This vintage sterling silver key is a treasure to own and a joy to wear.
